Very good white wine. Doesn't have that artificial taste some whites do. — 3 years ago
Comes across like a light orange wine. Also generally just fun/novel to drink a non-sparkling champagne — 5 months ago
lots of reserve perpetual wine in here- bit of caramel, baked apple on nose- crunchy texture, think crisp crunchy ripe red apple. — 10 months ago
Super interesting. Just a tad sweet. Stone fruit. Subtle nose — 3 years ago
Blend of 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. Medium lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of oven baked bread. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with lemon zest and traces of floral notes. Fine lingering bubbles, light mousse, long finish ending with fresh crisp fruits wrapped in balanced acidity and biscuit character. Practicing Biodynamic. — 6 months ago
Fantastic champagne - dry, light and flavorful! Helps to drink overlooking the Duomo — 2 years ago
Had with spicy tuna. Not too heavy. More than a Pinot but lighter than a California Cab — 3 years ago
