Tasty but pricey ($35, on sale for $30). Nose is dark fruit, black cherry, Raisin. Lots of cocoa, tobacco, and leather. Full bodied, very tannic, dry with slight balancing acidity to keep it drinkable. Great with food and pleasant on its own if you like beefy oaky wine. — 2 days ago

Beautifully aging nebbiolo. My first example from this producer. Everything I like in this kind of wine. Sour red cherry, mint, rose, sweet tobacco. Finish goes on and on. Tannins well integrated and still plenty of acid. Classically made with no heavy oak as far as I can tell. — a month ago
