Rich mouth feel for a Pinot Grigio. White flowers, minerals and lemon peel. — 13 days ago
Light but tannic mountain red — a month ago
Full bodied but not overwhelming. Lots of berry textures and the leather/nutty finish is very smooth. I could enjoy this over a broad array of meat and pasta dishes. — 2 months ago
My first exposure to Don Melchor was rewarding! Rich, dark fruit maturity on the nose was consistent with long lasting dark cherries and red plum on the palette. Soft tannins reminiscent of a well aged Cabernet, the softness of this young cab was surprising and delightful! An absolute treat to taste!! — 8 days ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with brunch. The Trento Brut pours a light straw color with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, white peach, fresh brioche, lemon curd and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Easily some of the best bubbles available for $25. Disgorged in 2024. Drink now. — a month ago
