A little past peak, but delish — 9 months ago
Went over to L&J's house and he just happened to have almost the same chianti as we had last night. But this vintage was fruitier and brighter than the 21. Or at least, fruitier and brighter than what was left of the 21 from last night. — 2 years ago
Strong with a lot of dried fruit. — 3 years ago
Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, vanilla, spice/pepper, chocolate, minerals and leather. On the palate, anise, olive, minerals, cherry, vanilla, saline, milk chocolate, velvety texture, long finish. Tannins are still working pretty hard but not too overpowering. — 22 days ago
Final Etna Biaco of our Sicily trip. DOC Superiore lives up to its domain certification. Dry with minimality but richer flavors than others we tasted here. Maybe barrel aged. — 3 months ago

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich, extracted and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel, complex and engaging.
This 8 year old Cabernet is starting to drink at its peak now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
Chewy, and a great sipping wine, that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in all new French oak barrels for 12 months.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
