Very good table wine. Drank during Hurricane Helene — 8 months ago
Finally a very good pecorino
There is a big talk about this variety, but to be honest i am more often than not disappointed
Here i am surprised in a good way.
7 months on the lees, no oak.
Very textural
It reminds me of a Southern France white wine
The wine is complex, it has depth, it is fun and it is also complex.
It's very persistent in the aftertaste
The right amount of freshness
I am so pleased with this. — 9 months ago
Fruity and medium bodied. Slightly dry — 2 days ago
Dense, powerful, rich, deep colored. Montepulciano is really denced by merlot. The result - very concentrated color and palate. Like denced montepulciano. Rounded, medium bodied, high tanins. Really good.
Clear montepulciano by nose, dense dark fruits, tobacco, balsamic vinegar at palate — 4 months ago
Reminds me of a Chablis — a year ago

Lemon yellow. Chalk, citrus, lemon. Quite high viscosity. Pear, pineapple etc. that grows on a tree. Rich, but dry and acidic. Zagros Offida DOCG Pecorino 20, 3300 Toscan, 240914-241109 — 9 months ago

Golden yellow straw color with visible effervescence.
Unripe peach on the nose. Crisp and juicy, low acid with chewy structure before an intense, long dry finish.
