All about texture. Viscous and luscious, very shy in the nose but pristine in the harmony between tight yet ripe herbal character, minerality and nutty bitterness. Long finish. Needs time to develop intensity — a month ago
Last bottle of the ‘18. It’s pretty much at its peak. Intense limestoney minerality balanced by just enough ripe fruit green apple/citrus pith fruit. A very subtle green herbal note in the background. Round-textured in the mouth initially, u til the intense minerality puts on its geology show-and-tell. Nice acids. A pleasant mouthful of rocks, basically. — 4 months ago
Surprisingly decent. Raspberries, blackberries, a little bit of tart, a little bit of nice organic tree bark. — 4 months ago
Most delicious of the lineup. It really clicked for me, makes me understand how low toast oak can jive with a restrained, pristine sauv blanc character that’s the house signature. Enough air coaxes out apple and a hint of ginger, but it’s that equilibrium between fruit, oak, lees and structure that strikes the match — a month ago

Very pretty. Manure, controlled. Cherry, roses, violets, black currant, and sexy musk. Ripping acids. Transparent burgundy character. Just entering its drinking window — 7 days ago
