Impressive for its youthful exuberance, especially given that this is a 2016 second wine.
Notes of coffee, menthol and cherries on the nose. Dark chocolate gives way to bright tannins and taut acidity. Nice texture and weight on the mid palate. Finishes like a much younger wine. Right up my street. On the 95 bubble.
