Rich dark fruits. Dried violet on the nose. Saddle leather, wet earth. Lacks a bit of acidity. — 2 years ago
It can be difficult for me to identify the flavors in wine, but the pinot noir in this wine expressed beautiful fruit on the nose and palate, but slightly higher acidity which (to me) clashed ever so slightly with the taste. Don't mistake me though, this wine is excellent and is very well done — 3 years ago
Ruby with violet. Slight high viscosity. Blue berry, black currant. Pepper. Dry. Balanced tannin. Juicy. Elegant. Domaine de colombier crozes hermitages 21 @5100, AD, 240616 — 7 months ago
2017 vintage. Last tasted 6.1.22 with same score. Perfume of fennel, Chambord, lavender, ripe dark plum and dusty bookshelf. Moonless, winter night color. Medium-heavy body. Gamey and mineralesque but otherwise, clean on the finish. A very light Reposado tequila pop up flavoring approx 45 seconds after savoring the finish. No, haven’t had any tequila in months. 10.30.23. — a year ago
Absolutely gorgeous, light, bright white! Notes of soapstone lend a great minerality and balance very well with the citrusy acidity. — 8 months ago
