It can definitely handle this extra time pretty well. This wine has been nice and ready to go for a decade now but I think blossoms at the moment when your into the tertiary palate.

On the nose: Tantalizing perfumed notes of stewed plum/cherry, worn leather, smoke, forest floor, stewed meat, cedar, eucalyptus.
