Blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, deep Ruby red color with aromas of sweet red berry fruits, floral and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of black fruits, cacao, tobacco and spicy herbal notes. Lively acidity, fine grainy tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, cacao and spicy oak. Nice now! — 2 months ago
Must be the Ahi Tuna that elevated the wine 😛 — 5 days ago
Likely from Williston Park Wines and Spirits. Cranberry juice, a hint of spice like nutmeg maybe, vanilla, wow. — 8 hours ago

Vintage 2010 | 15 y old and still fruit, always a bit sturdy - which I like - good balanced for the long haul and now drinking perfect. If all Bordeaux would be this good… paired with a beef schnitzel and red cabbage apple mint cole slaw. — 15 days ago
Having this 2022 with a Montreal grilled pork chop and a fresh local tomato basil mozzarella salad and it has been one of the perfect pairings of all time. The wine is a little young but comes into its own with the pork. Black petrified forest stones with just picked raspberries and tart morello cherries. A hint of Bret in the background which enh the interest without ever competing with the fruit and wet stones. Outstanding with at least 4 years ahead if it — a month ago

very pleasant, elegant, all kinds of cherry, raspberry and red currant on nose, some red florals, spice and an herbal note. great varietal typicity w/out carbonics - legit, classic style, has many more years ahead, mild tannins and decent acidity make this versatile for food options — 18 days ago
