NV. Beautiful, ripe green apple dominated nose. That note explodes on the palate, throwing in some almond, pear and (a garnish of) lime flavors. Laserlike focus. Generally not a Blanc de Blanc fan but this one has me reconsidering bubbly priorities. Fantastic value. — 4 years ago
