2022 vintage. Smoky and plummy with freshness throughout. Medium body but drank light-medium bod. Not as enamored with this region and Cab Francs as the average bear but this was banging. $14.27 a btl resto cost. NV. Beautiful, ripe green apple dominated nose. That note explodes on the palate, throwing in some almond, pear and (a garnish of) lime flavors. Laserlike focus. Generally not a Blanc de Blanc fan but this one has me reconsidering bubbly priorities. Fantastic value. — 4 years ago
