Burgundies Sauvignon Blanc, pale gold, aromas of citrus, grapefruit, peach, and something floral. Medium body, medium + finish, light malo, rather fresh and nervous acidity. — 2 years ago
NV. Beautiful, ripe green apple dominated nose. That note explodes on the palate, throwing in some almond, pear and (a garnish of) lime flavors. Laserlike focus. Generally not a Blanc de Blanc fan but this one has me reconsidering bubbly priorities. Fantastic value. — 3 years ago
2022 vintage. Smoky and plummy with freshness throughout. Medium body but drank light-medium bod. Not as enamored with this region and Cab Francs as the average bear but this was banging. $14.27 a btl resto cost. Can't fit it onto the current list but it's on the radar and will look to potentially squeeze this or another future vintage into the offerings. Phenomenal value. 03.05.25. — 3 months ago

I took no notes but a very mineral and elegant Chablis of top notch level. Was great drinking but clearly has a lot of potential. — 2 months ago
