Learned new grape! #colombard perfectly paired with hella Marshall Store🦪Pacific Preston Point Oysters on the water! Best afternoon evar — 2 years ago
Had the 2022 in January of 2024 with chicken tinga. What a nice little wine. Minerality and a touch of citrus with some floral on the nose. Hints of lime on the tongue and a hint of hibiscus on the nose. This was a lot like a New Zealand sauv blanc but with a softer punch. Enjoyed this and wondering about going through the hassle of obtaining this one again. Definitely would if it was easier to get. — 4 months ago
New grape for me tonight. This one was 60% colombard with 40% sauv blanc. Enjoyed this one. The Colombard seemed to tone down the limey/grassy/minerality I find with most sauv blancs. Knew it was a sauv blanc, but want so “in your face”. I would look for this one again in a heartbeat. Was a 2 1/2 hr drive to the store where we bought this first one! But will look and see if I can get it closer. Was a softer, more subtle sauv blanc character. Had the grassy/ limey quality with hints of tropical fruits. Fantastic siping wine. — 9 months ago
Really good Armagnac. Excellent option! — 2 years ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with dinner at Mycelium. No formal notes due to the setting. This had powerful notes of grapefruit and pineapple in near equal parts with a bit of lemongrass as well. Plenty of acid to work well throughout the meal (which was spectacular). Drink now. — 4 months ago
Fruity rose. Good with first dishes. Maybe even duck if it’s cooked to its flavor profile — 9 months ago
End of the bottle, but still good. — 2 years ago
