really really really special. about as profound as natural wine can get. needed an hour to really get going but entirely singular. had all of the chenin tells—orchard fruit, waxy texture, structured acidity—but so much more. very pronounced herbaceous notes and overall far more savory than i could have ever anticipated. there is no one doing it like robinot. — 6 months ago

A rose sparkler. Prodigious medium course bubbles. A bit of funk on the nose. The palate features tart underripe strawberries, cranberries, grapefruit, white pepper, with a bit of gunpowder appearing late. Medium plus acid, medium alcohol, bone dry, medium finish. — 5 months ago
