Acidic, floral, notes of vanilla, oxidized, bright gold in color. Tasting in 2026. Worth the wait. — 2 months ago

Dry, crisp, tart, smooth, nice mineral finish, paired perfectly with crab claws. — 6 months ago
Initially a muted nose which opened up to white and yellow flowers and with air, ripe fruit aromas - some minerality with a hint of oyster shell. On the palate ripe stone fruit reflecting the warmer vintage - some tropical fruit and ripe grapefruit as well. A saline touch at the finish. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. More new world Chardonnay than traditional Chablis. — 5 years ago

Cranberry with red plums and salinity. — 4 years ago
Nose has cut strawberry, ripe raspberry, dry chalk, baking spice and light alcohol.
Palate has ripe cherry, fresh raspberry, dried black cherry and dried cranberry sprinkled with allspice.
Decanted ~2.5h, a young wine that would appreciate a few more years in the bottle. Tonight it paired successfully with homemade burgers from a local farmer in Columbia Co. NY (Kinderhook Farm).
Happy Memorial Day to all, especially those who have come before me to protect the freedom we enjoy in the USA, Thank you. 🇺🇲 — 6 years ago
