This is just lovely…
Lemonzest, red apples, wet rocks. Delicate hints of ginger, candyshop and matchstick. Really like the balance of acidic freshness, some richness in the mid palate and citrus bitters in the very long and chalky dry finish.

This rose is not subtle. The nose explodes with peach, strawberry, navel orange, wet gravel. It’s full-flavored in the mouth, dry, but with tons of fruit upfront. Not-yet-integrated acids create a slight sour note on the finish. Boisterous. — 23 days ago
