Domaine Du Chardon Bleu

Chêne Bleu

Aliot Roussanne Blend 2016

Terrific value Southern Rhone. Bursting with aromas of white flowers and honey backed by a racy combination of lime juice, cardamom, ginger, and minerals. Beautiful lingering finish that echoes the honeyed citrus and spice aromas. — 3 days ago

de Venoge

Cordon Bleu Brut Champagne Blend

A classic, polished Champagne that delivers both charm and depth. Bright notes of green apple, lemon zest, honey, and brioche unfold with every sip. Fine bubbles and vibrant acidity keep it fresh and elegant throughout.

There’s a lovely balance of orchard fruit, floral hints, and that signature toasty croissant finish from bottle aging. Versatile and food-friendly, great with seafood, seared white meats, or simply on its own as a celebratory aperitif. 🎉🍏🥂

Héloïse Syrah Grenache 2013

Totally unlike the last time I tried it, two years ago. time has done this good- and perhaps some bottle variation is at play here too.

This is sappy and delicious. Herbal character, very pure. Some bo funk. Pinot noir elegance with persistent tannins.

Héloïse Vaucluse Syrah Blend 2005

Heavy and dense but feral wine. Amazingly still needs time which I did not anticipate when ordering for happy hour with a colleague. Would love to check back in 5-10. — 3 years ago
