A beautiful bright , light ruby pink , luminous . Really very deep for a rosé Champagne . On the nose lots of red fruits , cherry , raspberry , strawberry and red currant , touch of spice and rose also . On the palate again , lots of fruits and quite a lot of body , strawberry , raspberry and red cherry , red currant from the nose , spice hints though balanced acidity , quite round , full mouthfeel. Good length fruity , spiced finish. Quite unique in style, probably not for everyone, especially if you like focused , mineral roses. Drink now . Reminds a bit of a light Bourgogne Rouge with bubbles ! Well made , and certainly conversation inducing. At La Vertu in Reims . — 5 months ago
