Tempier rose never disappoints. Paired with Salmon and Caesar salad — 14 days ago
✨ A sparkling start to the weekend, trying to stay cool in the nearly 100 F heat.
🍾This is the 2009 Champagne Billecart-Salmon “Cuvée Louis Salmon” Brut Blanc de Blancs.
💯 It’s made with Chardonnay grapes sourced from several grands crus of the Côtes des Blancs: Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Avize.
👌 An exceptional wine in every way—versatile in its culinary pairing options. Also, a perfectly chilled indulgence to pair with the golden hour.
It’s a spectacularly lifted expression from the soft, lush vintage of 2009.

Xmas day and my mother in law likes champagne with cooking. What’s not to like about that :) — 8 months ago
No notes, nice, textbook nose with lemon, lemongrass, herbal notes, some minerally touches are lurking in the back too. The palate is fresh, vibrant, leading with lemon touches all along, a nice soft mouthfeel, a bit of an oily texture, some grip and a finish that goes on for a while. Brought by my brother. Second tasting after a first try at Christmas. — a month ago
A very nice Rose Bubbly! Salmon with note of Strawberry and yeast. On the bud, strawberry, apple, and a spice note. — 22 days ago
2023 vintage rose from Bandol in Provence. Deep salmon color, red fruit on the nose, lovely strawberry flavors, with balanced acidity and a tart finish. — a year ago

Fab. Tastes like a great champagne, but lacks complecisity. I liked it better when I bought it 10 years ago — 7 months ago

I could not believe a reputable restaurant would pull out a bottle in such poor appearance. But what is inside is absolutely in peak form.
Citrus zest, green apple, white flowers, brioche, and crushed oyster shell unfold the aromatic nose with precision. The palate shows the tension between razor-sharp acidity and creamy, lees-driven mousse. Long saline mineral finish. Complex yet refined. — 2 days ago
