Prunes mûres, de vieux bois et de graphite! — 18 hours ago
Robust yet balanced, mildly earthy with subdued fruitiness. Very pleasant. — 22 days ago
Much to be thankful for! This will be a blockbuster in a few years. Still drinking really young. Could easily go 25-30. — a month ago
The 2012 vintage really showcases the brilliance of López de Heredia in a challenging, dry year. Deep garnet with brick hues at the rim; lovely aromas of red cherries and red currants, coffee, spiced cedar, leather, and light oak on the nose; great red and black fruit on the palate, plus earthy notes, dried herbs, and silky and well integrated tannins; and a long, elegant finish with a perfect balance of fruit and acids.
Enjoyed with spanish charcuteries and danish cheeses - and Tchaikovsky’s 6th with Teodor Currentzis. — 3 days ago
Surprisingly tart/fruity considering the vintage. Nice tannins. — 3 days ago
Nice nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black fruits with wood, earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, dark coffee, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Cabernet Franc from Mendoza.

L’apogée du Baron … compote de fraises en finale… !
2017… €18 — 5 days ago
Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold color with a frothy creamy mousse, small rapid bubble flow with a steady stream. Aromas and flavors of apple and citrus with toasty notes, integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — 19 days ago

Love it. Though big, bold, and high al at 14.5%, a great example of a rioja w some age. Prob could age much longer. Very tart fruit. Fruit better defined day one vs day two. For $40, definitely worth it. Why ever drink a 2yr old CA cab and pay $100+??!! — 9 days ago
