Fresh & pure & slightly exotic on the nose with pineapple, candied lemon-peel & candied ginger. A touch of brioche, too, but not too much.
Nicely balanced on the palate with fine mousse & persistent bubbles. Typical Riesling with apples & steely lemons. A delicious Riesling Sekt! — 5 years ago
