One of my favorite southern Italian whites, and one I always prefer with a few years of age. Paired with spaghetti and fried zucchini discs cooked into a cream sauce with basil and grated pecorino. Did not get to try the dish but diners seemed pleased. Biodynamic. — 7 months ago
