This is the Chanson/Bastion G-C…decanted 90 mins….lovely Burgh, very refined/subdued, but lacks depth to me, turned a bit sour late. Maybe a bit more earth than I like? Really lingering over it. J loves it — 3 years ago

Fresh, intense, almost zingy lemon contrasts with minerals and earth, it’s a nice range of terroir to complement the zesty fruit. Additional interest comes from the lemon rind and bergamot notes. Paired beautifully with sushi. It plays with refinement vs exemplifying it, but in a way we found delightful for the occasion. — 2 months ago
