Brown and ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, earth and minerals. On the palate, cherry, oak, vanilla, raspberry and medium to fuller body. Tannins are strong but balanced nicely. Medium to longer finish. — 8 months ago
A but disappointing. Intrusive green pepper notes got in the way. — 8 months ago
Very light color. Black cherries. Licorice. — 8 months ago
On the nose the red fruits are a bit shy and overshadowed by the earthy and savory notes of black tea leaf, tobacco, tar, balsamic, and licorice. The flavor is much more balanced with sweet cherry leading the way. Medium body. Lively and delicate on the palate. Mellow dry tannins.

Major-General Sir William Biddles Curran
Only one bottle?Absolutely gorgeous tonight, with red label stardom, continuing to get better and better in the decanter wafting waves of roses, black cherries, exotic spices and tea leaves. It has immense richness but also so fresh and detailed. There is incredible density yet without weight. An amazing combination of power and elegance. — 8 months ago

Bright and balanced. Starts off slightly floral then we taste orange peels. Nice tannins at the end. — 3 months ago
