This wine tastes like warm California sunshine. I’d say it’s at the end of its pleasurable drinking window. Good mix of secondary/tertiary character — 2 months ago
Literally the best. — 4 months ago
Kurt wine. Lovely. Upgraded version of a lower priced option but worth it. Would get again. Dry, earthy, balanced, dusty in a good way. — 5 months ago
Brought back from a trip to Australia. to create Étoile our wine makers delve into our remarkable library of Vintage brut, drawing together eight exceptional vintages, each layering a distinctive chapter to build depth, texture, aroma, and lingering flavors. We raise sparkling wine to new heights with a quintessential Australian exuberance that shows our love of place and possibility. Back Label. Nice work! — 10 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90min. The 2016 Reserva pours a deep purple with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with fabulous notes of ripe and dried, black and red cherries, Fig Newtons, dill, toasted coconut, leather, anise, old wood, dry earth and spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, Hermanos de Peciña Reserva is one of the great wine values in the world. Drink now through 2046. — 10 days ago
