Vintage 2020 | ridiculous light cola colour. I was totally discouraged. But smells very nice and after two years in cellar the taste is awesome: a solid combination of spices and vanilla that brings a sunny smile in my face. Paired with tartare and oven mixed vegetables. Vintage 2020 | wine to match with carpaccio. It’s ultra light, my winefriends think it’s is a rosé because of the light colour. It’s also ultra soft in taste and has nice bitters. For lovers of light wines. Good effort from a Dutch vintner. We tasted blind.
