Absolutely delightful with well-balanced tannins. — 2 months ago
Inky in color with a short reddish rim.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with mild complexity.
Showing black fruits with wood, earth, light herbs, chocolates, tobacco leaf and peppercorn.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a nice and interesting tannant from Uruguay. Smoky, spicy, and feels like a Californian Syrah.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly.
Good by itself or with food.
14% alcohol by volume.

v22. Very good! Soft citrus zest, stone fruit and wet stone nose. Lively grapefruit and lime fruit. Tart, saline and mineral finish. Enjoyable! — 3 months ago
Will sample again. Citrus and a mineral balance. — a month ago
v20. Very good, totally over delivers. Soft, yet fully smoked meat nose. Fresh, rich, dark black fruit medley. Bright, smooth, long, slightly astringent finish. Treasure. Great charcuterie wine. — 2 months ago
Not a fan of merlots but the blend was really good. I'd have this again. I was not expecting the flavor. Had this with tapas. — 4 months ago
Terrific. Juicy. Dry. Five years young! — 4 months ago

This is only the second Tannat I’ve ever had and it good but not great. Missing some finer complexity to the wine but I was grateful to find it in the “other reds” section. — 2 days ago
