Almost flawless and absolutely at its peak. The oak and the malo conversion is perfectly executed. — 4 years ago
First time trying this, and we were very impressed. Lots of orchard fruits on the nose, with a hint of baked apples. Very little perceptible wood treat on the nose or palate. It presents crisp on the palate with a nice bright acidity, but has volume and weight. Love the fruit and moderate sweetness. Less malo and nutty notes make this a big hit for us.

Yellow apple and green apple. Cream soda, vanilla pod, basil, medium acidity. no malo, aged in 80 years' old foudres <300L with thick tartrates. 15-16 inches of rain that year (2017). — 3 years ago

Excellent Chardonnay! No Malo. — a year ago
Chablis-like restraint in a very good way. Nose is tense, citrus and lots of limestone, an almost reductive floral nose and a touch of silky softness to balance. Acidity is high but not crazy, strange considering the house style is supposedly to inhibit all malo. Great stuff, I want to drink lots of it — 4 years ago
Fair amount of Malo. Buttery. With well balanced oak. Pineapple, vanilla. Medium full bodied. Almonds, custard. Will age well. — 4 years ago

Cellar pull because fuck it. Only 20% new oak. No malo. Taut. Tropical. Coconut shells full of salty lemon juice. Long finish. This is fantastic. — 3 months ago
