Polished domestic Merlot. Very savory on the nose. Almost classic Bordeaux in style , green olive and olive tapenade. Oregano and thyme with just a hint of oak hut not overly in your face. Beautiful inky hue. Lots of great tannin and acidity on the backbone of this wine. Plenty of room to keep aging. Blackberries and blueberries upfront. Fantastic finish that lingers without feeling big heat. Very well balanced at 14.5% — 8 months ago

Chardonnay isn't typically what I go for when it comes to white, but this one might have changed me forever. It's very buttery with deep golden raisin flavor right after corking which gives such an elegant, warm vibe. But after 30min-1hr it mellows down to beautiful medium bodied fruits and flowers like edelweiss, pear, golden apples, and pineapple. — 3 months ago

A nice blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Musque pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with smoky floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon, pear and lemon citrus notes with nice balance, crisp medium finish ending with fruit and stony mineral notes. Nice value! — 5 months ago

The nose starts off with attractive tropical fruits, followed by honeydew, lemongrass, and whiff of green bell pepper. There is hint of earthy elements that I could not pinpoint. The palate is richly textured yet vibrant. Great concentration and intensity. The candied long finish is uplifted by beautiful acidity.
