Delicious. Good body. Nice finish. Best blend I’ve had. — 2 years ago
Great base-level CdR from the negociant side of Chave. Floral and high toned fruit on the nose, red fruit and a bit of pepper on the finish. Some good typical spice. Decent finish. Slightly high alcohol. Probably has some upside with aging. — 14 days ago
Выпито 06.0824 с А. Д. А. у него дома. Прекрасный легкий пино нуар 2008 года. Очень легкое. — 5 months ago
2017 vintage. Wowzers. This is absolutely firing right now. Decanted and tasted after 30 mins and 1.5 hrs. Great, expressive nose. Massive, expansive flavors on the entire palate field of play. Medium body. In a really nice place between youth/brashness and age/experience right now. Having its’ cake and eating it too. 7.30.23. — a year ago
Thoroughly enjoyed this classic CdP from a very dependable wine maker. Drink now — 3 months ago
Nice Syrah blend. Had with dinner at Bouchon in Napa. — 4 months ago
Great balance of acidity, fruitiness and floral. All present but subtle and well rounded. Had it with a Vietnamese food and a Michelin recommended restaurant in Ho Chi Minh and it paired very well. — a year ago
Pale bronze with effusive perlage and creaminess. The nose is simply gorgeous with red and green apples and almonds. Freshly toasted brioche bread with a dollop of cinnamon butter. Greenery and fresh red fruits. Stunning. I could just smell this for so long but I suppose I should taste it as well.
Pure Meunier from Cuisles. Disgorged in October of 2021 with no dosage. Terrific balance and structure here, as is the norm for all Moussé champagnes. From a perpetual reserve of wines that makes such a huge difference. The depth here is atypical.
Electric in the mouth. Great length. Minerality and purity on the tongue. A bit of citrus on first taste. Then the spice and fruit come in to play. Whenever I taste this I always think it’s my favorite Moussé champagne. And that’s saying a lot. — 2 years ago

This is simply delightful, bloody awesome actually.
Typical Napa-purity and dito density, yet laced with Bdx-like treble-notes of freshness, acidity and transparency.
Served it alongside maigret/parsnip/anise-jus, but liked it better before and after this fantastic dish.
Score might be on the conservative side… — 20 days ago
