Excellent dry Riesling, vibrant apricot and orchard fruit accents and a silky, mineral-driven mouthfeel that paired well with an oily salmon dish at Hope Club American Wine dinner. — 2 months ago
Decanted and let sit for two hours, with just a quick taste at pop and pour. Delicious.
I’ve been staring at these bottles for quite some time, and while it’s still very early, I feel like I got a pretty good preview of what this has in store. The youth is compressing the fruit on the nose, allowing the oak, earth, flint, spice, and dried flowers to take center stage.
There’s a touch of iodine on the initial palate, followed by increasingly complex fruit. Blue, black, and red fruits all emerged more and more as the night progressed, but they were never really at the fore. Everything feels beautifully integrated, layered, and just a little restrained right now.
Lovely wine, but I’m putting a sticky note on the remaining bottles: do not touch for five years. — 2 months ago

Home vineyard bottling. Dark and brooding on the nose. Classic Central. Dark fruit, savoury spice, earth. The palate has good weight and concentration of dark slightly sour cherry, and wood spice. Enough acid to provide the structure needed to hold the power together — 3 months ago
This just may be my favorite NZ SB — 3 months ago
No note on Delectable since May 2017 - 473 weeks ago. Smoked meat, Asian spices - an intoxicating nose. On the medium bodied palate - sweet red fruits with spices. Tim Kirk, the owner and winemaker said at the time it was the best Shiraz Viognier he had ever made for what is considered the benchmark for this blend in Australia. 98 points from HH and 18.5 points+ from Jancis. Very detailed as you would expect from Tim Kirk. — 4 months ago
Really crisp and tart. A lovely sharp white. — 22 days ago
Lemon, grass and a lot of acidity — 2 months ago
This is a secret weapon for parties. Consistently good and punches way above its weight class. The nose is saline (sweat) and grassy. Flavors of lemon, grapefruit, peach. Lower acidity, which makes it a party favor. My friends say, "This isn't too dry..." On sale for $10, but i would splurge and pay $12 😛
Listening to a song I'm working on. Meh. — 2 months ago

Wow. I liked this more than most. Hard alkaline open. Citrus. Dry. Then a little juicy fruit on the way out. — 4 months ago

Light golden color. Aromas of tropical, citrus and stone fruits, fresh herbs and freshly cut grass. Flavors of grapefruit, passion fruit, green apple and melon and nectarines with a slight note of flint/crushed stones. Medium finish and vibrant acidity. Just a hint of RS. Medium-bodied and crisp. Crunchy texture. Crowd pleasing and reliable but not spectacular. Thanks for sharing, Ron B! — 17 days ago
