Very nice wine. Amazing for such an old wine. Showing its age a bit but still a fine cab. — 3 years ago

Here we go, 20 year old sparkler. This is a first. Smells like bread & apricots. Maybe a hint of apples and horses. Flavors are very well preserved. Yeasty streak with plenty of creamy citrus (lemon curd, lemon meringue pie, or orange creamsicle). Plenty of tannin and crispness too. This has aged just fine. 20 years might be the happy place for this wine. It also made a ambrosial mixer with a homemade apricot-Rosé-sorbet in a ‘wine float’. — 4 years ago
Medium purple in color; blackberries, blueberries, and oak on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like blueberry jam, black plum, crushed gravel, and a little eucalyptus with a long finish. I really like this wine. Nellie likes it too. — 7 months ago
A little more elegant and lower acidity than other sparklingly wines. A pale pink pastel. — 4 years ago
Dr. Steve Brule gets a 10! Drank the 3L at the ranch. Worth it!!! — 4 years ago
Quite good. High acidity. Not multidimensional but solid. — 3 years ago
