Sleeper! Can’t recall what I paid for this, but it was stunning: immediately showed gorgeous notes of all manner of red fruit & cassis, strong vein of minerality along with sweet schisty soil, loam, clay, spice, white pepper a ton of other notes. Reminded of CDP and Gigondas. Such purity, beautiful old vine material handled well - oak accented/enhanced - all polish & a fine cut. Captivating complexity as it unwound over the course of a couple of hours. Dead sexy — 2 months ago
2023 vintage. Concentrated, light-medium body with fruit darting amongst the layers of acidity. Crisp, slightly mineral and refreshing with a reminder that CA has just a bit more than chard and sauv blanc out there. These “old vines” planted in 1966. 01.08.25. — 4 months ago
Hubby liked it a lot, but it was just ok for me. — a day ago

Very good. I really liked it. Happy Hour at the Keg. Bit of a spice. Dry. — 7 days ago
I’m biased. Monastrell is my fav grape. This is one of the better ones I’ve tried. It’s rich, supple, dry and lovely. — 2 months ago

Red raspberry and spicy, very youthful, fruit, outstanding acidity, whereas the 2020 from earlier seems ready, this wine needs 3-5 years to peak, long, lingering finish, outstanding Zin!! I can only imagine how fantastic the single vineyard 2023 Bedrock Zins in 5-7 years! — 7 days ago
