Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Floral and vanilla aromas, with hints of wet wool and sun-dried linen. Good acid, lemon, peach and apple flavors, slightly bitter finish. Varietally on point, bone dry but fruity to my reckoning — 6 years ago
