Chateau Ste. Michelle

Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) with some Syrah (12%) and other red varietals (8%) blended in. Aromas of blackberry, smoke, salt and meaty bacon. The palate is full of dark berry/plum fruit with hints of black cherry and dark chocolate. Touch of vanilla on the long and silky finish. Solid complexity and nicely structured. Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2022

Medium Ruby with aromas of berries, floral and spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and black raspberry with notes of currants, pepper and cinnamon spice and earthy oak notes. Aged for 10 months on French oak, fine grainy tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, vanilla oak character. Very nice. — a month ago

Tightly wound but fragrant and savory. Some plum flavors. Lots of other wild floral notes to me. Some charcoal and meat flavor. Overall good yet young. — 4 days ago

PnP. Dark red/maroon color. Cigarettes, BBQ, and incense on the nose. Similar on the palate. Fairly big wine. Not my style, but I’m sure others may love this. — 17 days ago
