See previous Delectable notes from 2021 and 2022. Always a class act from Tom Carson and in the top echelon of Pinots from Mornington Peninsula. A beautiful red fruited perfume with stewed fruits. A percentage of whole bunch in the ferment. Richness on the palate with depth. A well made wine from a good vintage. Lucky I have one left. — 8 months ago

Quite light in colour, light crimson - transparent. Sweet red fruits - strawberry and raspberry, savoury overtones. Possibly the lightest table wine Grenache I’ve ever had. When you compare this to Rayas or Bonneau Celestins you realise what a chameleon Grenache can be. Serrat is the personal side project of Yabby Lake winemaker, Tom Carson. Only 580 bottles produced. See previous Delectable note in August 2022. — 6 months ago
Vino Joe
This was a slight off bottle. Enjoyable as always but lacked the rich textured complexity I was expecting for a mature bottle. It was less dense than prior experiences. — 24 days ago
