La Voile. Drank by the glass. Really good CNdP. Lots of flavors, deep red berries, herbs on the midpalate. With or without food. Long finish. Some tannins, but smooth. — 6 months ago
Same as the other. Delicious, when it’s on sale 1/2 off at Winn Dixie. — 6 years ago
A beautifully elegant fruit forward wine using the grapes from Stanners’ own vineyard & blending them with the grapes from Devil’s Wishbone. The first taste is restrained & austere before the fruit bursts forward.

Seemed like time for another bottle of Pinot from Redtail. — 6 years ago

Still one of the great alt whites in the world.
N: swirling white and yellow flowers. Almost an echo of tropical fruit.
P: delicious. Clean. Balanced. Juicy. Liquid yellow flowers. Some crunch. Mountain steam. Amazing elegance.
9.5-9.6. Sick value at this price.

Surprised how well this wine is drinking now. A short decant is required but it’s drinking quite well but as the tannins integrate will surely improve with time. Still, nice ripe black fruit, dark chocolate, licorice, earthiness. Drinking very well and smooth. Nice medium finish. Excellent value! — 5 years ago
