Toasted bread, brown bread crust, grape candy, and a leafy, herbal hop character.

Lots of toasty, bready notes with cherry/grape Jolly Rancher and an underlying metallic mineral note from the lager yeast.

Great project for SN pairing up with a different German brewer each year to come up with this. Nice to have a fresh example of this style. — 5 years ago
