bottled in 16 and base is 15, reserve wine from 14/13. Disgorged 3-4 months ago. very yeasty, mineral, more burgundian, butter and very chardonnay, bready, yeasty, apple skins, 7 years in the cellar, pear, apple, cherry, wow what a mouthfeel and juicy and fresh and explosive, and tiny berry fruit and apple skins and so so sappy. Inner mouth aromas and the finale is saline, finish is forever and has amazing delineation and salinity. The nose after 6-7 hours is very well defined. So yeast and bready. Airy and saline. Super elegant. So juicy and elegant. Super sapid. Juicy. 9.3 to 9.4. So clean. — 10 months ago

All 2021 / base 2020 - big nose, gorgeous minerality, iodine, saline, red fruits, berry fruits, juicy and clear with huge and rich cherry fruit, fine fine mousse, excellent freshness, wow so fine and juicy, balance between fruit, acidity and purity, amazing, raspberry, strawberry, vividness, finish of berry fruit and minerality. The Pinot fruit is so vibrant on the nose after 6-7 hours of air. Wow. Creamy and so elegant and had a serene energy. Wonderful. — 10 months ago
Wow. This is a delicious sparkling wine. It's Pinot Meunier and it's delightful. We chose this as the in the limo, toast before we say "I Do" wine. The fact sheet reports that the Pinot Meunier grapes are manually harvested from a 35-yo vineyard in Champagne, FR. It's produced using a slow 16° alcoholic fermentation, without malolactic fermentation, filtering, and clarification, then it spends 4 years in the cellars. They also use thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. All of this contributes to a not-overly bready/cakey taste, which I do not generally like. This is a really special wine that I can't wait to celebrate with! — 2 years ago
A Revelation! Just a stunning bottle of Pinot Noir that is at like SLB 1er cru quality. gorgeous aromas, amazing cherry fruit, so deep, berry, blackberry, like a mercurey, awesome, rich, ripe, wonderful herbal edge, gorgeous purity, elegant and ripe and delicate tannins, so pure, wonderful finish, sapid and long. good energy and concentration. sapid and wonderful. so clean. I was shocked how great this was and such a value! What a nose. Smells like elite Savigny after 6-7 hours. Mid season sweet cherry fruit. Herbal and so fresh and so deep. Sleek and ripe. — 10 months ago

Nose: sweet roses.
Palate: delicious. Long. Really good. Perfect fruit. Nice balancing minerality . Some brioche as this opens. Pleasant hint of bitterness.
Terrific change of pace wine. Had with cucumber salad and pastrami salmon and a side of celery with blue cheese sauce.
