Decided to pour this Pinot to go with some English cheddars and crackers. — 4 months ago
At first I found this medium bodied, slightly creamy, with prominent stone fruits, white peach and cumquat, with a prominent minerality and slight notes of cheesecake on the nose. Now it’s emerging much more dry with air, still a long, mineral driven palate, still medium bodied, but beautifully balanced and definitely a contract to many California white wines when it comes to complexity and nuance. — 6 months ago
The WS team knocked it out. This is amazing. Crisp, dry and flavorful. Fruity yet balanced. Love it — 3 months ago
A most interesting wine. Needs 30 minutes.
Nose: soft cherries. Library dust. Gorgeous cherry flowers. Like a 9.5 nose.
Palate: silky texture. Lovely early season cherries. A touch of vegetal notes. These go away with air. Juicy. Cherry spice. Delicious in an elegant way. A hint of savoriness. Texture is elite. Pure silk.
Psycho finish. You get that lingering elegant spice. — 3 months ago
Full bodied. — 3 months ago
Best site selection. She’s gentle but a little sassy. She’s got some body but doesn’t put it on display. Mineral but nice balance over all. — 4 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Ruby color, purple edges, with pronounced aromas of red fruits, floral, herbs and complex spice. On the palate concentrated flavors of raspberry, ripe plum and black cherry with orange citrus, herbs, vanilla and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, rich long finish, ending with fruit, vanilla, floral, spice and oaky tones. Very Nice! Will age!
