Quite nice Syrah with Swedish meatballs & cream sauce ($13) — 2 years ago
Bold up front. Disappears on the back end. Heavier beef stock type flavor to it. Not too fruity. We enjoyed this one and it was easy to drink. -2018 vintage — 3 years ago

Another spot on wine from Morgan, I love the back label story about his grandmother passing along the love of wine in their family. Grenache is so much about how it is grown, and the sourcing for this wine delivers great fruit. The winemaking is restrained which lets the fruit shine thru. What a lock with our Applewood smoked baby back ribs! — 3 years ago

Earthy, not heavy. A prototypical field blend, this one is well-integrated (had the’15) with dark berry, spice, and leather. Looks like it should be a heavy-duty blockbuster, but is medium-bodied, almost silky, and quaffable. — 10 months ago

Bought this just to “try” with several friends at a home get together of several grilled meats; pork, beef and lamb “pieces”. The wine seemed to work nicely with all. Deep, strong hints of fruit and good tannin; I was a bit surprised because of the blends but found it to be a keeper. It has become one of our favorite wines to bring to others when visiting! Good reviews from all who received it!
