Fig Tree Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Very good but somehow not as great as I remembered. Maybe what we drank before tainted it. Maybe it went a little long in bottle. — 8 hours ago

Sine Qua Non

Body & Soul White Rhone Blend 2007

2007 vintage. Opened around 50 degrees. Decanted and kept in the 58-62 degree range with the decanter placed atop an (mostly) ice bath. Tasted after 25 minutes and 4.5 hours. Heavy body. Just enough acidity to slowly propel this effort along all palate phases. Total showstopper. Overlook/dismiss/avoid the SQN whites at your own peril. 2.15.24. — 5 months ago

'Quinta da Manoella' Vinhas Velhas Red Blend 2012

Brought back from winery. Cork fell apart but no issues. Blueberry coffee nose with bursting fruit and subtle tannins and vanilla. . Great mouthful. Would rate higher if less oak taste but delicious. WS said through 2022 but not over hill. — a month ago

Singing Tree Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2022

Light straw color. Aromas of peaches, freshly baked bread, white flowers and tropical fruits. Very pleasant tropical fruit medley on the palate as well along with hints of apple, lemon, brioche and spiced nuts. Interesting salty/mineral note on the finish. Bright and acid driven. Creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture but (according to the winemaker) it does not come from oak aging. (Lees contact). Great value! — a month ago
