1975 vintage. From magnum. Decent fill and cork. Decanted and tasted after two hours. Medium body. Nose remained angular and sharp throughout but flavors vacillated between finesse and brutish. Not the star of the night, yet impressive nonetheless. Out of magnum, looks to have 5-10 more years left of quality in store. 3.5.24. — 7 months ago
Deep Ruby color, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral, herb and complex spice, aged 12 months in 50% new French oak. On the palate flavors of blackberry, cherry, plum and strawberry with pepper, tea, herbs, licorice and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with earthy spice, fruit, tobacco and mineral tones. Very Nice! — 3 months ago

Bright gold. Inviting nose and medium full palate of lightly carameled apple, butterscotch, and white pepper. Medium plus acidity brightens it all from entry to medium short finish. The "popcorny" element of previous vintages has gone away in favor of a more balanced fruit to oak to malo ratio yielding a lighter version of the big Carneros style of Robert Lloyd's namesake offering. Very nice if you like this style. Drink now. — 10 months ago

Perfectly aged. Smooth and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon. Underrated here. Classic California Cabernet with excellent balance. Not overly bold or overpowering — 2 months ago
