Lovely blend from Trujillo — 4 months ago
From Jim Deitch York home (give to us by Judy).
Shared with Langdon, Max, Ruth, Eddy, Kayla.
Extremely dry, earthy and sophisticated (according to Langdon). I for one didn’t like it, esp the more I drank it. Max really liked it — a month ago

Really good for the price. Solid drinking wine, no need for food — 5 months ago
Should have let this age. Wine Enthusiast recommended opening in 2026, found the article after I’d already opened the bottle. I let it breathe for over an hour but still just intense booze and smoke aromas. — 2 months ago

Pleasant acidity, a black fruit (blackberry), chocolate, leather and cassis. — 4 months ago
Medium bodied, a little pepper nose with some floral hints. Aeration and or allow the wine to open for a bit before enjoying. Went very nicely with meaty mushroom bolognese pasta. — 5 months ago

Had the 2019 in June of 2024. Really tasty wine. Dark fruits- black cherry jam with some black berry and red currants. Oak presence adds vanilla with a hint of licorice. Big wine- 14.5 ABV but was really tasty. Enjoyed and would buy again. — 15 days ago
