Within a few minutes the opening notes change from what was lighter fruit to dark notes with bitter lace of coffee, fig, and bark. Cranberries sparkle through as an acidic tone then takes over with a tight and elegant finish. — 4 months ago

Wine made of rarities and oddities, and not even sure it’s made any more. One of the few and possibly the last Sauv Blanc to come out of the To Kalon vineyard. This has an insanely crisp peachy profile with a Smokey acidic finish. Cheers. — 3 months ago

I can’t recall when I first tried this but this is not showing much age to it. Plenty of fruit and the tannins while integrated is not as silky as I had hoped. Slightly grainy and given the age it could go another 10yrs easily. — 5 months ago
