2022 Vintage. Rustic red in color, cherry and pepper on the nose. A fairly dry Sangiovese, but after 30 minutes, it opened up nicely. Medium bodied, paired well with spicy sausage and potatoes. — 3 months ago

Great bottle, full-bodies but not too jammy. I’d grab any fableist red off the shelf if I saw it, you can’t go wrong imo. — 3 months ago

Absolutely fantastic with ratatouille with thyme. Cuts through everything and melds beautifully. Need another bottle to form more thoughts. — 7 days ago

At peak. Beautiful wine. — 3 months ago
Richly sweet flavor profile of berry and cherry, with hints of spice and smokiness. Heavy but to too much so. Very smooth finish. A high quality wine, and more enjoyable than other Cab Sauvs that I’ve tried. — 4 months ago

33% Roussanne, 32% Grenache Blanc, 14% Picpoul, muted aromatics, mineral and tart fruits on the palate, less oily/viscous than the 2021, lingering finish, I marginally prefer the better balanced 2021 to this 2022. — 10 days ago
