Excellent pairing with linguini a la vuongole — 7 days ago
Macerated cherry, spice, cigar box, Mediterranean herbs, all come alive in this exceptional field blend of native varieties on Tenerife’s volcanic soils: Táganan, named for the area, from Spanish superstars Envínate. Intensely perfumed, it’s a stunning, elegant red with tremendous clarity and precision, clean and bright with great structure. The finish is long, with saturated sour cherry and a kiss of vanilla. Immaculate stuff, memorable. Decanting essential.

Close friend gifted us this over 15 years ago. This has stood still and I’m loving it. Typical Bdx profile displaying saddle leather, wood and smoke from the barrel toast. Tannins are moderate and standing tall. Outstanding in my book. — 2 days ago
