Cornalin: Swiss grape variety. Ruby dress, shiny. Very nice balance between primary notes of red fruits, and rearing notes evoking caramel and cinnamon. A parcellar cuvée carried by a tense minerality balancing the tasting. The final displays semi-bodied tannins. Somewhere between Grenache and a Pinot-noir type Marsannay, Mercurey or Givry

Cornalin: cépage Suisse endémique. Robe rubis, brillante. Très bel équilibre entre des notes primaires fruits rouges, et notes d’élevage évoquant le caramel et la cannelle. Cuvée parcellaire portée par une minéralité tendue équilibrant la dégustation. La finale déploie des tanins semi-corsés. Quelque part entre la Grenache et un Pinot-noir type Marsannay, Mercurey ou Givry — 4 years ago
