Not too dry, and has a smooth finish. Great berry flavor. — 5 months ago
Very smooth and no hangover! — 8 months ago
Cherry, berry, plum with a little oak and light tannins. Good stuff from WA state. It’s been a while since I’ve had this one and it’s good to be reunited. — 10 months ago
Château covers 170 acres separated from Château Lafite, along the southern edge, by a stream. Blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe berry fruits and earthy spice notes. On the palate flavors of blueberry and blackberry with licorice, tobacco and toasty oak notes. Long rich finish on soft juicy tannins, drinking well and still has room to age. Very Nice second label! — 3 months ago
Aged gracefully, super smooth tannins, dark ruby color, fruit perfect for a 14 year old wine. Thicker mouthfeel. Concentrated. — 6 months ago
Delicious with air fried pork tenderloin, fruity and a little spicy ($14). — 8 months ago
Legit delicious and one of the best I’ve had in a while. Mellow and lush, great rounded acids and softened tannins. Good tar, cocoa powder, prunes, stewed mushroom, soil, dried roses and violets, touch of vanilla. Decanted 4 hours before opening. Probably from Flatiron Wines? Happy Valentine’s Day. 02/14/2025 — 3 months ago
Unbelievable petite still delivers huge burst of fruit albeit a bit more restrained than bottles consumed last year. Beautiful bouquet of berries and earth promise great depth of flavor. The wine is brilliantly balanced and perfectly complemented pork tenderloin at Midway Mercantile. Enjoyed the dinner and wine immensely! — 6 months ago
