Actually have developed a wine app for iPhone using the no code Replit app
In cellar tracker I download an excel file of my wines which is uploaded to the wine app and then move sliders and dropdowns in app to select red or white plus varietal plus price range and score range as well as food categories and it will suggest about 5 wines that meet the criteria and then I use an API to ChatGPT to invoke an AI sommelier to suggest best food - wine match serving temperature and other suggestions

Woods, woods, & autumnal woods.
Light brown/reds abound. Cherries and leather and dead leaves, trees. Definitely a wine that hasn’t been futzed with. Gulpable as L.F. is known do say.
Hits those casual Nebbiolo notes across the spectrum, perfect w left over Sunday gray and ravioli.

Mazzoni's 2015 Ghemme Ai Livelli is gorgeous. Floral and savory notes infuse the bouquet with notable presence. Light on its feet, yet wonderfully layered, the 2015 is super expressive right out of the gate. There's quite a bit of complexity, while the tannins are nicely mellowed by time. That makes for an incredibly appealing wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, March 2022)

Chenin is really amazing. Turkish delight and honey. Perfect balance. If God exists He has something to do with these wines, I am sure. Deep bow for MR. Richou in Mozé sur Louet. Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina. Beautifully pure red and dried cherry fruit, wet earth and huge volcanic minerality. The palate is sappy, concentrated and intensely tangy, with a surprisingly opulent mid-palate before the wine grips down hard. Terrific texture and energy, though the tannins remain gritty rather than refined. A vivid, characterful Alto Piemonte red and a killer value in a future tariff-free universe. — 2 months ago
