All bass and no treble. Where is the acidity? — 2 months ago
My snowboarding bud just opened a pizza joint in Montclair, NJ. Making dough from scratch and serving it quick, and the quality!!!
SugarShack became the pizza’s perfect foil. Lovely butterscotch notes on the nose transitioned to citrus notes on the mid palate. Just enough acid to caress the Italian mozzarella. I love the moderate sweetness this wine possesses. Overall, another excellent example. — 3 months ago
Beautiful on the nose. Peach, apricots, caramel, and lemon zest. Perfect way to end a hot summer day. — 12 days ago
Rich ruby with dark Cherry and stewed fruit aromas. Super smooth with a long finish and a spice note. — 21 days ago
Pop and pour. A brilliant light gold color. On the nose: apple, lemon, floral, saline, and apricot. Taste: creamy, dense wine with Asian pear, hard lemon candy, minerals, saline, crushed stone and a white pepper/lemon peel/oak medium plus finish. Acidity seems a little lite...drink em if you got em. — a month ago
Lightly chilled with roast chicken on Mother’s Day night, this was exactly the kind of light-bodied but multi-dimensional red we craved. — 2 months ago

Summer = Aubert. Perfect with the homemade grilled turkey burgers. Fresh punchy zesty but complex. Lemon. Honeysuckle fleshy fruit but with some stony minerality on the back end. Awesome. — 4 days ago
